Great product but no manual?

The board is awesome i'm close to 300 pound and it still managed to pull me up every hill and take me around 25km (15 miles) and still reaches the top speed that it advertised, a few kmh slower but nothing I didn't expect with my weight being 300 lbs. although my 280 buddy managed the top speed on flat asphalt. Only complaint is there is no instruction manual included with either of the 2 Comet belt board i bought. Not that its a huge deal but some stuff had me confused like what some of the stuff meant on the remotes display. Also there is a reverse feature on the board that i only discovered accidentally by pushing the speed mode button too fast. I had no idea how i did it and couldn't take it out of reverse until i pushed the speed mdoe button 2 times again. All in all great product and amazing customer support. I'd just like a manual explaining the less obvious features that aren't advertised.
