Q: Why my tracking number do not updated for a long time?
A: As our board is powerful, and we adopt sea/air+UPS/FEDEX delivery, as long as the board completed the clearance and our carrier have take them to US warehouse and send to UPS/Fedex.When the UPS/Fdex scan the board,the shipping information will be updated .
Q: Can I choose the shipping method if I need my items faster?
A：Of course! If you are in demand of your product faster then the times listed/want a different shipping method that is faster, please just feel free to contact us and we'll arrange for it to be shipped accordingly. The price will also range. We will bill you and communicate the costs before shipping! Please email us at email@example.com before purchasing your boards/items if this is your plan!
Q:Why does my tracking number have no update?
A:We create your tracking label after your package has left our factory.
Standard shipping option
We will ship your package out in 1-2 business days once your order was placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number when we get a tracking number from our shipping agent, normally it will take 2-4 days.
The tracking information on the website will not be updated until the parcel arrives in your country customs, you will be able to track it once your package is picked up by UPS/FedEx.
Fast shipping option
if your order was placed with fast shipping option, you will receive the tracking number for your order very soon, it will take 1-2 days, and you will be able to track it all the way to you.
This method of shipping is the best option we have to keep prices low for you and shipping times reasonable.
Q: Do I need to pay for taxes/duties on my order?
A: Our shipping prices have included the taxes/duties for USA, Canada, most of Europe countries for the whole order. We try our best choose the shipping according to your demand.

Q: When will I receive my tracking number? Can I change my shipping address?
A: We will update you with the tracking number once sent out to ship and you will receive a shipping notification/email!
After you have placed you order and noticed you needed to change your shipping address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to change the shipping address before it gets shipped out. Once the items have been shipped, there will be no going back.
Q: How much weight can my board carry?
A: The max load of Apsuboard is 280 pounds (150kg).
We do recommend a max weight of 264 pounds (120kg) and below, as weights above that might have an impact on performance and speed. By putting over max load on your board, you put the board at risk for snapping, cracking or breaking. This is not covered by warranty.
Q: How do you make such great products at such a low price?
A: We don't have any advertisement or operating expenses at the moment as we are trying to build the Apsuborad brand. This means the board is currently sold at an extremely low profit margin, but still keeping a high quality on parts and assembly.
We hope to attract new customers with our low price and certified components like our Samsung battery, reliable motors, quality ESC etc. We believe that maintaining a low price and a high quality will make the consumers recognize our brand and support us continuously in the future. We appreciate those who recommend our products to friends and family after purchasing!
